Thank you so much to e-Logics and Volition who spend their 67 minutes for Mandela Day with Olievenhoutbosch Christian School.  Thanks for the yummy soup and sandwiches, our pencils, new soccer and netball balls and the generous donation of toilet paper.

Prayer requests - June 2013

Our thank you's to Jesus:

*  Thank you for a lovely, blessed Parent's day on the 1st of June.  Our Parent's day coincided with "National Child Protection Week" and that was also the focus of our Parent's day.  We had a wonderful response from our parents with regards to our speakers of the day, and a feeling of unity that we must stand together in protecting our children.

*  Thank you to the generosity of so many donors who supplied our kids with blankets, gloves, scarfs, hats and food during the month of June.  Our kids are truly blessed (and warm!) thanks to these donations.

Prayer requests:

*  Please pray for God's provision and protection upon our children, teachers and volunteers during the June/July holidays.  We are planning a fun holiday program for the first week of the holidays and pray for God's presence and guidance in all the activities we are planning.

*  Please pray for the Gr.0 - 4 registrations for 2014 which will take place when the school opens on the 15th of July.  Please pray that God will send the right children that He knows needs our help and love to the school.  Please also pray for our finances and provision for our textbooks for 2014.

Thank you very much to InterCape for donating a blanket to each child.  Not only did you bring us something to warm our bodies, but you also warmed our hearts! :-)
