Thank you so much to the staff, children and parents of Irene pre-primary who collected money on Mandela Day for our Gr. 0 textbooks for 2014.

Thank you very much to the volunteers who painted our Wendy classrooms on Saturday! Just in time for the upcoming warm summer months :-) 

Prayer requests - August 2013

Our thank-you's to Jesus:

*  Thank you for a blessed holiday and holiday program during the June/July holidays.  The kid's had so much fun with jumping castles, games and treats.  Thank you to all the volunteers who gave of their time during the holidays.

*  Thank you for the generosity of people towards the school and children on Mandela Day.  Thank you for all the fun and food that was shared on this day.  

*  Thank you for a tracksuit donation for all our needy kids in the school.

*  Thank you to the members of Midrand Presbytarian Church who packed food packets for our school's children.

Prayer requests:

*  Please pray for our Christmas party and concert in October:  for enough resources to make it a wonderful day for our kids and for our preparation for the concert.

*  Please pray for our annual school trip at the beginning of September.  This year we are going to Douglasdale Dairy Farm.  Please pray for safety during the trip.

*  Soon we will start to order our textbooks for 2014.  Please pray for enough funds for our textbooks for next year.
